Product Description:
Reducer is an independent component composed of gear transmission, worm transmission, and gear worm transmission enclosed in a rigid shell, usually used as a reduction transmission device between the original transmission and the working machine.
Gearboxes are typically used for low-speed and high torque transmission equipment. By meshing a small number of teeth on the input shaft of the gearbox with the large gears on the output shaft, the power of electric motors, internal combustion engines, or other high-speed operations can be reduced. A regular gearbox also has several pairs of gears with the same principle to achieve the desired deceleration effect. The ratio of the number of teeth between the large gear and the small gear is the transmission ratio.
Gear reducers have the characteristics of small volume and large torque transmission. The gear reducer is designed and manufactured based on a modular combination system, with a wide range of motor combinations, installation forms, and structural schemes. The transmission ratio is finely graded to meet different operating conditions and achieve electromechanical integration. The gear reducer has high transmission efficiency, low energy consumption, and superior performance.
